When the roof detail is the issue
A damaged tile, vulnerable flashing or a leaking sheet connection may call for work on that detail. Covering the visible indoor stain does not stop water entry.
When the surface system needs attention
Concrete slabs and balconies may need a waterproofing system selected around surface condition, joints and drainage. Preparation and continuity at edges are part of the discussion.
When a concrete leak path is suitable for injection
PU injection may be considered for certain leaking cracks or joints. It does not automatically resolve surface ponding, a failed roof detail or every wet-area problem.
What to ask before agreeing a repair
Ask which source has been identified, which areas are included, what preparation is needed and how the work will be checked. Confirm price, access, timing and applicable warranty terms in the quotation.
